  • IMPORTANT NOTICE: Effective August 12, 2008, the Division of Minority and Small Business Assistance and Contract Compliance became the Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance. This newly created office is responsible for administering Metro’s Procurement Non-Discrimination Program and its Small Business Program. Please contact 615-880-2814 or dmsba@nashville.gov for more information.

  • State of Tennessee Announces the Small & Minority Owned Business Assistance Program (SMOB) The State Treasury department introduced the Small & Minority Owned Business Assistance (SMOB) Program to support outreach to new, expanding existing businesses in TN that do not have reasonable access to capital markets and traditional commercial lending facilities.
