Metro Council reduces SP application fees
A new fee structure went into effect June 18, reducing the Specific Plan fee from a flat $6,195 to $1,400 or less.
Planning Commission reduces some subdivision and plat fees
The fee for consolidation plats and for final plan proposals on existing streets inside the Briley Parkway loop is now $400, reduced from the previous $2100. This lower fee does not apply to plats requiring new public infrastructure.Subdivision street design standards & specifications
