- The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County ("Metro") has issued this RFP for the sole purpose and intent of obtaining qualified service providers to furnish voice and data telecommunication circuits, and related services such as Internet service, OC3, DS3, T1, ISDN PRI & BRI, Centrex, 1FB, etc., for both Metro, Nashville Public Library and the Metropolitan Nashville Public School System , and the Nashville Convention Center
