Metro Charter & Procurement Code
The Procurement Code is Title IV of the Metropolitan Code of Law. The Metropolitan Charter defines the role and responsibilities of the Purchasing Agent and the Division of Purchases. The Code sets forth laws governing the administration of Metro procurements.
Procurement Regulations
The Procurement Regulations are promulgated by the Procurement Standards Board. They serve as policy effectuating the Procurement Code.
Procurement Standards Board
The Procurement Standards Board serve as an oversight Board establishing the goals and performance expectations for procurement practices.
