FTP site files
If you have been having problems viewing FTP sites via Internet Explorer, the following may help:

In Internet Explorer, choose Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab

Make sure “Enable folder view for FTP sites” IS CHECKED.
UNCHECK “Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)”
Zipped files
Zipped files icon Zipped files are often identified by this icon. Windows XP and later and Mac OS X will open zip files without installing any additional programs. You will probably need to download the file to your hard drive to open the file.
Browsers supported
We currently support Internet Explorer 6 and higher, and Mozilla Firefox 3 and higher for Windows operating systems. Other browsers (such as Netscape and Opera) may work, but we do not support them. Users may wish to keep web browsing software current by downloading patches and upgrades as necessary.
